Safety and trust
YallaMoov is building identity, verification and safety controls into the platform as the service prepares for wider release.
Phone verification is part of how people sign in. Users can report trip problems, and operators can review those reports. YallaMoov is not an emergency service — if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency numbers.
National identity numbers and identity documents are not currently collected. Additional verification may be requested later as those features are introduced.
