YallaMoov

Journey Trust helps members understand community context before they travel together. There are two independent qualification routes:

Community Vouch

Someone who personally knows the member can help establish trust and accountability within the YallaMoov community.

Verified Affiliation

A member can submit proof of connection to a workplace, school, professional organisation, or other verifiable affiliation for YallaMoov review. Approval means an operator reviewed the submission.

Referral is who introduced a member to YallaMoov. Community Vouch is a trust relationship. When an inviter personally knows and vouches for an invitee, linking an invitation code can help establish Journey Trust. Detailed referral and reward rules are in the Referral Terms inside the app.

YallaMoov includes practical safety tools for community carpooling: Journey Trust, driver-controlled passenger acceptance, boarding verification, trusted contacts, journey sharing, SOS, report and block, ratings where supported, and a payment-secured journey flow.

Drivers decide which passenger requests to accept. Journey Trust provides useful community context. Boarding verification links boarding to the confirmed journey. Reporting and safety tools are available if something feels wrong.
